  2. Homeowner Phone Number

  3. Homeowner Email (If Possible)

  4. Roof Type (Shingle, Concrete Tile, Flat Roof, Rolled Comp, Etc.)

  5. Amount of Layers (How many layers are on the roof is important because it will determine how many layers we need to haul away at the time of install)

  6. Does the home have any leaks? (Yes/No)

  7. Does the home have any mold? (Yes/No)

  8. Full or Partial Reroof? (Does the homeowner want TES to fix the entire roof or only a certain area?)

  9. Appointment Date

  10. Appointment Time

The appointments can still be scheduled like any other regular solar appointment using Quativa or Volt.
