Adders: For the following conditions, requirements, or elected options, there shall be additional
amounts paid to Trusted Energy Solar as indicated below:
Standard equipment: The following equipment shall be part of the Base EPC charge +$1000 adder for the premium panels.
○ Longi 400 watt all black panels (default) or equivalent ($1,000 adder considered premium panel)
○ Tesla inverter
○ Unirac rail or IronRidge rail
Adders to the Base EPC Fee: For the following conditions, requirements, or elected options, there shall be additional amounts paid to Novuss Home as indicated below. These amounts shall be added to the Base EPC Fee:
Main electrical panel replacement (Needed) - $3,500.00
Main electrical panel replacement (Not Required) - $4,000.00
Premium Panels $1000 (any panels with 25yr warranties)
REC 460-AA-PURE-XX - $.60/watt
Enphase IQ8+ Microinverters - $.20/watt
Enphase IQ8M, IQ8A or IQ8X Microinverters - $.35/watt
Roof pitch 32 degrees or more - $.35/watt
Attic or crawl space conduit run (when possible) - $950.00
Flat, S or W, Tile Roof - $.20/watt
Lightweight/Fragile Tile (identified at site survey) - $.80/Watt
Stone Coated Roof - $.55/watt
Flat Roof - $.35/watt
Metal Roof - $.25/watt
Trenching Concrete - Bid
Trenching through dirt for Ground Mount - $35.00 per foot
Move Roof Vent - $350.00
Install O’Hagen vent tile or comp - $550.00/ vent
Solar System Size Under 4.5kW - $.40/watt
Island Panel (Single panel on a mounting plane) - $600.00
New Construction Adder - $2,500.00
Ground Mount 8kW Minimum (IronRidge 2 or 3” pipe) - $1.95/watt
Sub Panel/Load Center - $2,500.00
Main Panel De-Rate - $850.00
Specialized De-Rate Breaker - $2,000.00
100 or 200 amp disconnect required by AHJ - $800.00
Non- IOU utilities (examples: SMUD, MID, LADWP, Roseville, etc) - $2,500.00
Two Enphase 5P Batteries (no back up) - $11,750.00
Add Additional 5P Battery (back up or no back up) - $6,500.00
Adding backup for Enphase - $7,000.00
Tesla PW3 - $14,100.00
Software - $300/ deal
Ambassador Fee - $350/Deal
TES Support Fee (HO Support, Change Orders or any support to get the project to install - $500/ per call (sales support or customer support)
Company Insurance - $150/ deal
Distance Adder - Varies based on location
Low Fico 550 (Solwerks) - $.15/Watt
Low Fico 500-600 (LASG) - $.60/Watt
Fair Fico 600-650 (LASG) - $.40/Watt
2 Story Adder - $900.00
3 Story Adder - $1,000.00
Additional Arrays (3 or more) - $.15/Watt
Attic Fan - Bid
Attic Tent Cover - Bid
Battery Distance Adder 15ft from MSP - $3,500.00
HOA Processing - Bid

Mobile/Manufactured Home - $3,000.00

Non HIS License Holder Adder - 50% of full commission.
Cash Deal adder - $1500
If you and/or any representative were able to get a hold of any previous adder sheet or any installer adder sheet they do not count and must be ignored as per Trusted Energy Solar policy the adders above are final for any and all installer partners. Some installer partners charge more than we do so we will adjust the adders accordingly. There are 0 exceptions and changes based upon sales rep's requests.
