For Roofing Only the commission is 20% Max Mark up from the sale price for Sales Representatives and 10% for Field Marketing Representatives. If a Field Marketing representative sets the appointment and a TES Sales Representative closes the appointment, then the 20% Mark up (or total commission) will be split 50/50 evenly.
