Easy Project Submission (ESP)

  • In case you missed it, we made a massive enhancement to the New Project Submission process and it's SO EASY! 

  • Jobs sold in SOLO, EverBright, or Enerflo will get this link, Quativa and Quickbase coming soon. When you use the link sent to your email, submitting a new job should take you less than 60 seconds if you know what you sold and have everything ready. 

  • Even if you're filling out the info by hand through the Hub, it should only take you a couple of minutes. Jobs sold in Sunrun, the Lightreach portal outside SOLO, Quickbase or Quativa will use the link in the Rep Hub, you won't get an automatic email (yet).

Please familiarize yourself with this process, it should be a game-changer. Note that we will no longer allow reps to chat in and have the questions asked and filled out by the ESP agent starting next week - the form is faster, and following the new process will create all-around better experiences.


Incomplete Job Submissions Will Be DENIED!

  • Effective July 1st, we will begin kicking back incomplete job submissions. This is to improve our job realization rate and reduce holds that get placed immediately after intake in order to gather these missing docs. Just get the docs the first time and we'll get to work!

Here are all the reasons why your job submission will be denied or kicked back:

  • Incomplete/Mismatched HIA & Financing

  • ACH Customers/Projects missing ACH auth form

  • CC Customers/Projects missing CC auth form

  • PayKeeper payment type missing escrow account

  • Incompatible HIA Language w/Lender (English/Spanish only when available)

  • Incompatible Battery/Inverter configuration

  • Missing CPUC

Don't worry - if you're using the new Project Submission flow and gathering your docs ahead of time, you should see everything fly through!

The utility known as IID (Imperial Irrigation District) that covers the southeast corner of California has implemented a solar production threshold that does not account for any shading. This is leading to all solar projects being forced to be undersized for the homeowner. For that reason we are suspending any new solar projects sold in their coverage area to prevent bad homeowner experiences.
