For the following project types, there are no M1/NTP payments. We decided that there is no M1/NTP payments because these project types are likely to get canceled before installation.

1. Lightreach/Palmerto Deals (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

2. Ground Mounts (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

3. Clay Roofs (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

4. Metal Roofs (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

5. If there is any roofing issue the M1/NTP payment will not be made until the following steps are complete:

   1. Roof Quote is made

   2. Roof Contract is Signed

   3. Cost is included in the Loan, PPA, Lease or separate financing is in approved

   4. Signed Change Order is Signed (If Applicable)

6. Battery-Only Projects (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

7. Roofing-Only Projects (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

8. HVAC-Only Projects (No M1/NTP Payments) - All States

9. Commercial Projects (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States

10. Freedom Forever Deals (No M1/NTP Payment) - All States
